Volumetric concrete or mix on site concrete is based on the volume of material used. Our vehicles are calibrated each year to ensure that you receive exactly the quantity you require. These specialist vehicles are self-contained mobile batch plants designed for fast and efficient concrete mixing. 

 

The trucks carry all the materials needed such as sand, aggregate, cement, admixture and water in separate compartments. This provides the flexibility to produce any concrete mix, at any slump, in quantities from 0.5m3 up to 8.5/9m3 without waste. You can specify the slump (or consistence as it’s now referred to) and even change your mix and grades between batches. The mix can be changed if required by simply adjusting the proportions using the on-board computer.
